Shipping
Shipments within Greece are free for the consumer whatever your order may be.
For shipments to Cyprus, Europe and the rest of the world there is a charge depending on the region:
The charges for Cyprus and the European Union are 15 € per pair and for the rest of the world vary depending on the country
All shipments within Greece are made via ACS courier and outside Greece through the Hellenic Post.
The delivery time from the moment the product is given to the courier company is 1-3 working days within Greece and 5-10 working days outside Greece.
Shipping/delivery time

Orders are sent by our company on the same day, as long as they have been registered by 13:00 on a business day and there is no problem in availability or any other reason for delay (e.g. waiting for a bank transfer).
In case a product is not immediately available, you will be promptly informed by the orders department about the estimated delivery time.
Each pair of shoes is manufactured exclusively for each customer, the online store softies.gr does not have stock stocks. From the moment your order is confirmed, its construction takes 4 working days to be completed and 1-3 days from the moment the product will be given to the courier company. Total 5-7 working days for the construction and delivery of your order.
Return Policy
In case he does not give you the number, you have the right to return your pair and replace it with another number or in case of non-availability, with another plan within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery. Our company's policy does not allow for a refund.
The returned product must be in the condition in which it was purchased.
The products returned must be in their original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
